I got robbed!

Ok, don't freak out, it was minor! I was at Blue Cheese, this ice cream/sandwich parlor on my street, and I put 5 euro on the counter to pay the lady, and before I know it, this little boy, maybe 8 or 9 years old, grabs it from the counter and runs out the door! Soooo glad it wasn't my phone or wallet!! The weird thing is there were tons of people around, and it was inside, so it was where I least expected to get robbed. It was a good thing it happened though, because it was only 5 euro but it gave me a reality check. I was beginning to let my guard down and forgot that things like this can and do happen quite frequently in Madrid. So from now on, I'm on the alert!
