Found a choir!

So I went to the University Chorus tonight with Amy. It was adorable. It's like 15 peopole, all over the age of 30 at least, and like half of them can't read music. I walk in there, get the sheet music, and the first thing they asked me is if I can play the piano. I said yes, and they said "Ok, go teach the altos the part"...and I'm thinking, whaaaat? Anyway so Amy and I end up directing our respective parts (she of course has a beautiful soprano voice that I can't possibly contend with, damn her! haha). The pieces are super-super easy. They're the kind of stuff our choir got tested on for sight-singing at states...basic chords, slow tempos. Nonetheless, the pieces are really traditional and pretty, so I had a good time, everyone was really friendly and grateful for my limited piano skills, and I get to sing again!
