No more siestas???
less than 24 hours until I'm on a plane to Spain! (Yes, it rhymed, and you enjoyed it.)
I recently found out that Spain is abolishing its midday siesta. I didn't even know it was an official law to close for 2 hours out of the day. I guess the modern-day pace of life caught up to those Spaniards. I just hope they don't become workaholics like Americans do. Cots and showers in the office? 80 hour weeks? We are psychos.
Anyway, must finish packing (and by finish I mean start) and play with my cat. My flight leaves from Philly at 8:15 tomorrow night and Andy was nice enough to drive me. Let's hope I don't overpack!
