Here I go...

Hello!

Welcome to my first blog ever! (Well that's not true, I had a Livejournal once but I got lazy with it). Hopefully with this, you will be thoroughly entertained either at home or on the job. Way to rip your employers off by being distracted by me! :) I am flattered.

Anyway, so, I leave for Spain in a few days...it's a surreal feeling. I've always been bound to the routine of school, never really taking risks or committing to much. So This will definitely be a breath of fresh air, albeit probably a rude awakening to the lack of creature comforts I'll encounter. Not to say Madrid is a dingy place in a third world country, but I mean, shops close for 2 hours a day and people don't eat dinner until 10. None of this "instant gratification" over in Europe, that's for sure. It'll either make me never want to come back or be grateful to live in America. Or maybe a little bit of both.

One thing is for sure: Despite my ambitions, I don't expect this to be a "life-changing experience." For once, I don't have high expectations that one concrete event will dramatically make me a better or more worthy person. I figure, this is the beginning of a long live improvement process. For starters, I'll at least be able to clear my head and figure out what I'm gonna do when I get back.

Or, maybe I'll just drink a lot, travel, and attempt to attend my classes regularly like most kids that study abroad. I should try taking things at face value once in awhile.

I've blabbed enough for today. You can only get so far into my little head, bwahaha...this blog is restricted to my business in Spain and nothing more. If you want more, you know where to find me :)
